How does the process work?
We keep it simple.
1. You tell us what you need (promo items, team apparel, donor gifts, on demand store, design work, social media management, SEO, performance marketing,etc.)
2. We recommend options and send you a clear estimate.
3. Once approved, we handle everything — ordering, production, decoration, and delivery.
You’ll have one point of contact and clear communication the entire time.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimums depend on the item and decoration method.
– For embroidered items (think jackets, pullovers, hats, vests, hoodies, etc.), the minimum is 12.
– For Screenprint items (tshirts, sweatshirts, etc.), the minimum is 48 pieces (total quantity for all items receiving the same artwork).
– For Digital and Transfers (DTG and DTF), we can do minimums of 1 piece. This is a great option for testing out designs and getting small quantity orders.
– Promotional products vary by supplier, but a good rule of thumb is the higher price point for the item, the lower the minimum order quantity (MOQ).

How long does production usually take?
Standard turnaround times are listed below, but can vary based on inventory availability and suppliers:
Apparel Orders: 2 weeks after proof approvals + shipping time.
Promo Orders: 2 week after proof approval + shipping time.
On Demand Stores: 2 weeks to get a store up and running and items that are on demand usually ship within 5-8 business days.
Can you help with design?
Yes, we have a design team that can help with new design creation, artwork adjustments and other design work. This service is quoted on a project by project basis.
